  1. Well that's pretty awesome guys! Nice! :DB)

Now, if the testing goes well and you do not have to make any more changes to the PCB, how long will it be before you can order a decent size run of them and start selling? :P Or is it just a random thing totally dependent on how much free time may or may not be available to both of you?

Question 2: When/If you order a larger run, can the PCB manufacturer solder all the components on for you so it will be faster and easier to populate the boards, saving work and time for you?

I bet there were some significant changes on these PCBs compared to that other Proto CF cart you guys have, that I saw demonstrated at one of the Jag shows and in some older pictures.

  2. Thank You very much Zerosquare! ;) I simply couldn't find the lines file I had downloaded previously - it's somewhere on all the CDRs I have and now that I have a Skunkboard , which is very easy to use and quite reliable, I am loading up and checking out all the neat Jag stuff I was unable to load up with bjl. (I should have tried bin2jag or similar)

Much thanks to you Zero for saving all the files on Jagware.org that seem to go missing.

  3. I am getting: "Erreur 403 - Refus de traitement de la requête (Interdit - Forbidden)" when I try to download this Jaguar screensaver, Orion did. And I can't find the lines.zip file I had previously downloaded last year, could anyone repost this program if they have it still? I would like to try it out now on my Jag Skunkboard.

Thanks in advance for anyone who can re-post the screensaver for me!

  4. Thank you so much guys! It is nice to be remembered on your birthday and JagWare people are awesome. I don't like to think about being another year older but the special occasion, and rememberance by my friends here of my birthday is very cool. Thanks!

On another note: I have become very proficient at making good quality, clear, Jaguar CD Cinepak videos and have made a bunch of DVD movie conversions to JagCinepak. I have converted all 528 American Hero Atari Development FMV game clips to three un-encrypted CDRs that play on the Jaguar. Only a short FMV demo of AH exists. Also, I converted the very first Atari Jaguar Press conference from August 8th, 1993 in Sunnyvale, California to the Jag. And Atari Explorer Online's (AEO) Electronic Entertainment Expo's (E3) coverage from 1995 in Las Vegas, Nevada to the Jag too. They will all be posted on Jaguarsector.com downloads section in a week or two. I will let you guys know when they are put up so you can see some of my Cinepak conversions if you want. :)

Yeah, it's just videos but it's still cool to see anything new on the Jaguar. I have been using the 3IVX Mpeg-4 compressor to get good picture detail and reduce the inherent Cinepak square pixilization to a very minimum so that watching videos on the Jaguar is not ruined by in being at too low a resolution.

I wish all my friends in France and at Jagware to have a Great Christmas and a Very Happy New Year.

  5. Hello!, I would like try Orion_'s sprite.zip demo on my BJL setup. But the file is no longer on the server, and says "error file not found on this server" when I try to download. Does anyone know what happened to it? Or can someone repost it, because from the picture it looks cool. B)

Thanks in advance for any help :),

  6. Sounds good. Nice to see theres still work going on for the system. Are these games for purchase or download?

What would you recommend for the Jaguar? I hear there were new games developed by songbird?

Welcome to Jagware! I've seen you recently on Jaguar Sector 2. France & Europe are doing a lot for the Jaguar's future with the development they are doing.

There are two full games available for free download here Atomic & DiamJag as well as many Jaguar demos, utilities, tools, etc. Even hi-res pictures to display on your Jaguar! Look around the site. Go to the Jagware frontpage, and down the left side boxes at the last one -recommended sites, click "Diamjag" & "The Removers" then "Telechargement" for Atomic.

    enjoy. :-)

  7. Thanks to me to make it :D ... lol...

    Jagware Powerrrrrrrrrrrrrr !

Very Late, I know, but still -Thanks :), you did a really nice job on the Artwork Fredifredo, nice shading, resolution and 3D depiction of the game on the DVD insert and CD label!

  8. Hey!,..Thanks guys! :D I didn't expect a Happy Birthday over here, Very Much Appreciated!! B) I haven't talked with you guys a whole lot, but when I did it was very pleasant and enlightening, and I look forward to conversing more with everyone in the coming year. :) Yes, I do hang out at Atariage & JS2 a lot but I have learned quite a bit from reading all your posts and have enjoyed all the work that everyone here has done for the Jaguar. The Jagware team is a very talented, sharp ;) group of developers, and I look forward to everything that you guys are working on. post-149-1199277955.gif It's great that the Jaguar is enjoyed by people all around the world, especially in Europe and North America - people like you ARE keeping the Jaguar alive! A big Cheers!post-149-1199277395.gif to all my friends here  , SCPCD, Zerosquare, GT Turbo, Seb, and Fredifredo and everyone else I have missed.

  9. Thanks Zerosquare!, I'm just now getting used to using bjl and learning about programming the Jaguar and I am sure this will be of great use to me under Windows XP & 98 which is what I have right now. Although there are advantages, of course, to using either a Felix, Rapier or Alpine development system like probably debugging, I'm intrigued with how Matthias uses only BJL to develop such highly polished titles as Double Feature #1.

Your work is really appreciated! :D
